As these initial assessments wrap up, workgroup members will be asked to work with their teams on some actions that will help aid in a smooth migration. Next steps will be for KL&A to begin compiling optimization recommendations based on these assessments to streamline the migration as well as enhance our processes and workflows. These recommendations will include user audits and potential issue type cleanup and workflow consolidations. Additionally, a communication plan is in development to keep everyone informed and engaged. The new cloud-based tools are expected to roll out by the end of the year, with the legacy products set to shut down on January 31, 2025. Stay tuned for more updates as the workgroup continues to make progress!
